Aesthetics

The Aestheticians at Silver Birch Spa have graduated from an Aesthetics college and have been further trained in-house. Expect your aesthetician to be trained in facials, manicures and pedicures, (including gel polish applications), facials, waxing, threading and various other services. Our Aestheticians are further trained in the most current procedures for sanitization.

Gel nail extensions involves sculpted hard gel built on a natural nail and cured with UV light. A nail form is used that goes under the free edge (the tip) of the nail, to extend the length of the nail. A full set usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks and a fill is required after for subsequent visits. This will allow us to efficiently manage your preferences and provide you with the desired services seamlessly.

Harpreet was certified with Advance Diploma in Aesthetics & Hair Designing in 2017. Long before she began this career, she has always desired to work in a spa setting. Marissa is a senior stylist with 25 years of experience in the hair industry and 22 years in esthetics. Marissa is passionate about educating herself in all aspects of the industry to improve her knowledge and provide the best experience for her clients.

Throughout her career, she has invested time in continuing education on color theory, precision cutting, and design work, traveling to places such as Las Vegas, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton for further training in these areas.

She specializes in mature clientele, curly hair, gray coverage, and blending and blonding services.

Karina graduated from her bachelors of cosmetology in 2019 and got her certification to be a nail stylist in 2014. She is specialized in deep gel manicure and all kinds of pedicures.
