Saige graduated from the RMT program in Nelson BC in 2021. She always had a passion for helping people and knew that massage was her outlet straight out of high school. Saige is trained to treat a wide range of disorders with myofascial techniques, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and more. Her approach is methodical and thorough while still incorporating elements of relaxation massage, as well as giving homecare to help support patients in their healing. Saige thrives to continue furthering her education and would love to focus on visceral massage and craniosacral in the future.

Through the eyes of Saige: My belief is that through safe and healthy touch, massage can help anybody to recover whether that be by providing a safe space to facilitate healing or simply a small gap of tranquility in a chaotic day. Massage is for everyone, and being able to adapt and change with my patients needs is crucial to my practice. I look forward to and find immense joy in helping clients along their healing journey.

When not working I enjoy music, art and anything creative. I also have a passion for moving my body and giving it the time and dedication it needs to function at its best. The Kootenays provide a perfect environment for both my creative and active spirit.
